- Remove unused build action with wrong project paths (ospo-bot leftover)
- Fix test action name and description
- Pin all unpinned action versions to commit SHAs for supply chain security
- Enable Spotless check in CI with -Dspotless.check.skip=false override
- Rename linter job from 'build' to 'lint' for clarity
- Add permissions: {} to issue and prevent-issue-labeling workflows
- Optimize dependabot: weekly interval, cooldown, group github-actions updates, remove non-existent directories
