  • Add main.yml: BlackDuck full scan and CodeQL on push to main (still needs Blackduck and CodeQL token!)
  • Add pr.yml: BlackDuck rapid scan with BOM_COMPARE on PRs
  • Replace issue.yml and prevent-issue-labeling.yml with calls to reusable workflows from https://github.com/cap-java/.github
  • Remove empty releases.yml
