Adds Pickled coverage for chit's operator workflows.
Covers MCP setup, run control, manifest authoring, chit-executed required checks, CLI usage, examples, and batch mode. The build fixture asks an agent to write a one-shot read-only reviewer manifest, with a reference patch proving the verifier is reachable.
