Adds a parent-level docs/assets/logo.png asset and displays it at the top of the root README. Existing AxionGraph and Houndex imagery is consolidated from language-specific asset folders; other repos use the shared profile-style default logo. This is public documentation cleanup only, so the commit uses [skip release].
