You are teleported to Green Hill Zone. Collect 10 rings to win.
There's lots of rings scattered around the map, so I would recommend leaving the spawn area.
If you jump onto the island on the diagonal right side of the spawn and climb to the top, you should be able to see a land pillar that's to the left of the spawn area (or if you're in the spawn area, on your right). The top of this pillar has a 1-Up mushroom which will net you an achievement if you grab it. Getting to it is very tricky, you need to make a straferun jump off the rock on the top of the island you're on to get to it.
