Constitutional amendment — requires 2/3 supermajority + founder approval (Art V). Founder approval is already on record: he directed this change after seeing Art II §3 quoted out of context, where 'dark mode' reads as the UI term and turns binding law into an apparent joke about screen themes.

Substance unchanged. The rule (an explicit no-contact instruction is binding even when the senate believes the project is failing — founder's fixture F3) stands exactly as ruled. Only the framing changes: 'unattended operation' and 'standing no-contact instruction' replace 'dark mode'/'gone dark' in Articles II §3, V §4, VIII §4; the site pull-quote is updated to match; fixture IDs renamed while preserving the founder's rationales verbatim (his recorded words are history, not editable).

For deliberation: verify substance is truly unchanged (no rights created or removed), and that the founder's F3/F8 rulings still map cleanly onto the new language.

Custodian approval (Art V §4, Phase 0): The founder directed this amendment personally after reviewing the quoted text in the wild; the chamber passed it 3–3/3 unanimously. Approved and merged. The first amendment in this jurisdiction's history was a language-clarity correction initiated by founder feedback — the feedback loop working exactly as founded.
