This PR drops quick-temp as a dependency which was only here to usupport broccoli < 1.0.0 😱 (broccoli 1.0 was released on the 1st Dec, 2016 🫠)
I have removed all that compat code and we should have no deprecated packages in our dependency tree for broccoli-plugin after this 🎉
