Is this generated using the original brainrender? We are moving to brainrender-napari, so this should be used instead.

What is this PR
Why is this PR needed?
This PR announces the addition of two Virtual Fly Brain JRC2018 adult fruit fly atlases to BrainGlobe and adds them to the website atlas documentation.
What does this PR do?
vfb_jrc2018u_neuropils_flybrain neuropils atlas and thevfb_jrc2018u_vnc_flyventral nerve cord atlas.vfb_jrc2018u_neuropils_flyandvfb_jrc2018u_vnc_flyentries to the atlas details page.References

Yes. This PR is itself a documentation/website update. It adds both Virtual Fly Brain atlases to the atlas table and atlas details page, and adds one combined blog post.
