Transcript drawer (task #10)

• New TranscriptDrawer at src/Components/dialer/TranscriptDrawer.tsx renders a side-drawer with search bar that highlights inline matches and shows a match count. Audio player when a recording exists. Copy + Download Audio actions. No AI summary.
• fetchActivity now pulls session_calls for the lead and merges call rows into the activity timeline.
• ActivityTabClient renders call rows with a View Transcript button that opens the drawer. IconPhone for the row icon. Pending state shows a friendly explainer.

Buy Number polish

• Empty inventory result is now a neutral No Numbers Available info card, not a red error. Real HTTP errors still show red.
• Telnyx Number Orders POST sends best_effort: true so partial matches don't 400.

Owner area background gap fix

• OwnerView wrapper gets bg-white + min-h so the page background no longer bleeds gray between the topbar and the first rail section.

Test plan

• Open any /lead/[id] activity tab. Real call rows now show View Transcript.
• /settings#phone-numbers > Buy Number > enter an area code with no inventory. Confirm the empty state is neutral, not red.
• /owner page no longer shows gray space above the Letters rail group.
