Summary

  • V44 polish on /share/dialer-mockup-final per the 6-point edit list
  • 4 distinct setup approaches at /share/setup-comparison with anchor routes /share/setup-a through /share/setup-d
  • Same demo data across all 4 setup options so the comparison reads as chassis, not content

V44 Polish Edits

  • Right column section padding: 16px all to 20px vertical / 16px horizontal. Sections feel like one continuous panel; divider sits in shared space.
  • Case Details labels Proper Case: Case Number, County, Sale Type, Sale Date, Time Since Sale, Closing Bid, Net to Firm, Recovery Fee, Owner Status, Attorney. 11px medium gray.
  • Contact Tree trailing Proper Case: 3 Callable · 1 Reference (11px medium gray).
  • HeroDivider margin my-5 to my-4 to gain headroom.
  • Hero outer adds min-h-0 + overflow-hidden so the inner flex column can never overflow the canvas. Inner padding tightened so the control row always renders.
  • Pause Session button already uses the white-with-petrol-text treatment matching End Session.

Setup Routes

  • /share/setup-comparison (index, 2x2 thumbnail grid)
  • /share/setup-a Wizard, 3 steps stacked (Pick Leads, Dialer Behavior, Follow Up Templates)
  • /share/setup-b Two Pane With Smart Defaults
  • /share/setup-c Single Page Hierarchy
  • /share/setup-d Conversational (Question 1 + Question 2 shown)

Visual Language Across All 4

  • Page background subtle radial dot pattern at 3% opacity on 24px grid
  • Lead count callout 47 Leads · Est. 4h 12m in large semibold petrol
  • Filter chips petrol filled when active, gray outlined when inactive
  • Sliders with petrol fill on selected portion
  • Selected lead rows Proper Case bold name, surplus in petrol
  • Section icons 16px next to each section/setting label
  • Start Session CTA petrol gradient, soft shadow, 280x56px

Test Plan

  • /share/dialer-mockup-final/v44 right column reads as one continuous panel with horizontal lines (not 3 stacked cards)
  • Case Details fields render as Proper Case (Case Number, County, etc.)
  • /share/dialer-mockup-final/v44-queue-progressed shows the queue overflowing with always-visible scrollbar; bottom controls render inside the hero
  • /share/setup-comparison shows 4 thumbnail cards; each opens its full size
  • /share/setup-a shows 3 wizard step canvases stacked
  • /share/setup-b shows left/right pane layout with settings stack on the right
  • /share/setup-c shows the hierarchy (lead list dominant + mini cards row + email row + footer CTA)
  • /share/setup-d shows Question 1 then Question 2 canvases
  • Dot pattern visible on the page background of all setup routes

V44 polish on /share/dialer-mockup-final
- Right column: PanelSection internal padding goes from 16px all to
20px vertical / 16px horizontal so the divider sits in shared space.
Sections feel like one continuous panel.
- Case Details labels: ALL CAPS to Proper Case (Case Number, County,
Sale Type, Sale Date, Time Since Sale, Closing Bid, Net to Firm,
Recovery Fee, Owner Status, Attorney). 11px medium gray.
- Contact Tree trailing: 11px medium gray (not uppercase 10px).
- HeroDivider margin tightened from my-5 to my-4 to gain headroom.
- Hero outer adds min-h-0 + overflow-hidden defensively so the inner
flex column can never overflow the canvas. Inner padding tightened
from pt-6 pb-7 to pt-5 pb-6 so the control row always renders.

4 Setup Approach Mockups
- /share/setup-comparison index with a 2 by 2 thumbnail grid
- /share/setup-a Wizard, 3 steps stacked (Pick Leads, Dialer
Behavior, Follow Up Templates). Each step has progress dots +
  Back/Continue chrome.
- /share/setup-b Two Pane With Smart Defaults. Left 70% Lead List
  with large 47 Leads · Est. 4h 12m callout + filters + scrollable
preview. Right 30% settings stack with Edit links and the Start
  Session CTA at the bottom.
- /share/setup-c Single Page Hierarchy. Lead List dominant, 4 mini
cards row (Dial From / DNC / Wrap Up / Voicemail), collapsed email
  templates row, Start Session footer.
- /share/setup-d Conversational. Question 1 (filters) + Question 2
(dial from number) presented one at a time with upcoming questions
  visible underneath at low opacity.

Visual Language Applied To All Four
- Page background: subtle radial dot pattern, 1px dots at 3% opacity
  on a 24px grid.
- Lead count callout: 47 Leads · Est. 4h 12m in large semibold petrol.
- Filter chips: petrol filled when active, gray outlined inactive.
- Sliders: petrol fill on selected portion.
- Selected lead rows: Proper Case bold name, surplus in petrol.
- Section icons: 16px next to each section/setting label.
- Start Session CTA: petrol gradient, soft shadow, 280px x 56px.
- SMS Pending notice consistent across all four.

Demo data unchanged across all four: 47 leads filtered by Estate +
Foreclosure across Cuyahoga / Lancaster / Franklin / Hamilton,
surplus $25K to $300K, last touch older than 30 days, dial from
(216) 555-9100 with Auto Map, DNC Skip ON, Wrap 3s, Standard VM,
5 outcome email templates wired.
