🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Drops V45 entirely. V44 is the only chassis. Hero, controls, and right
column reworked per the locked decisions. Pre Session Setup page added
at /dialer-setup with the full filter / dial / DNC / VM / wrap up /
email / SMS configuration.

  carry the same treatment.

- 4 stats vertically aligned on a clean baseline grid. Number + single
trend arrow only. Hover tooltip carries the detail.

Wrap Up
- Hero KEEPS the petrol gradient.
- Lead Summary dims to 70%.
- Section header reads Call Outcome (Proper Case). No question header.

- Outcome click queues the configured email and shows a top-right toast
with a 5 second Undo window.
