Add better batch download

• Allow batch download anywhere (as opposed to just DLCs previously)
• Add a "clear selected" option in the triangle menu to quickly clear selected items.

• Add a "Please wait..." popup to let the user know that the app isn't frozen.

If I'm being honest I wouldn't exactly call this my proudest work, I can confirm it works as this is what I've been using for a few months (although yes I just found one bug just now which I fixed when trying it again) and it has this weird flickering issue that I can't for the life of me pinpoint why.

Here you go, had to rename to .zip because github doesn't allow you to upload .vpk files even though they're essentially the same thing
