Under the hood `grunt-express` uses [forever-monitor](https://github.com/nodejitsu/forever-monitor) to manage individual servers in separate child processes. This makes restarting the server automatically possible. This property allow you to pass in the `forever-monitor` options. When specified, the object will be used as the options hash when creating the forever monitor to manage the server in child process.
