Updates the conductor-setup skill to default to .conductor/settings.toml and treat conductor.json as legacy migration input. Refreshes the bundled docs reference with current settings precedence, named run script syntax, migration mapping, environment variables, Files to copy behavior, and troubleshooting guidance. Updates the README listing and OpenAI skill metadata so discovery points at the new format. Validation: pnpm validate, git diff --check, and pnpm skills add . --list.
