Pull request just for chatting

I've made a pull request just for chatting, since Github won't let us DM.

@biocomp , Hi, I created a PR just for chatting about development direction. Not a real PR. Just because Github doesn't allow DMs.

I wanted to give you an update on where I'm thinking of going next:

• I've got full tests written for about 2/3rds of my apps and drivers.
• Now that the giant PR is merged, I'm going to finish the tests on the rest of my apps and drivers. I think there's about a 90% chance that the only new code changes needed will be some more device fixture factories. If those are needed, I'll make small PRs for them.
• Once that's all done, I'll write up documentation for all the new stuff and submit a PR to you.
• At that point, I think you'll want to update the version number and push a new build into your Maven repo.
• Then we can go back to the Hubitat community forum and tell people about the new tools!

Shouldn't this be an issue though rather than a PR?
