0.0.117 C++ Migration

Installer fully working: frameless, logo, install path, version picker, Install button works, no CMD flash, progress bar, Installation complete screen

0.0.116

0.0.116 will be the last release for some time, unless major/minor vulnerability issues are discovered, while we begin migrating to C++ for better performance and increased development capabilities.

The current migration plan is expected to take 6-9 weeks, with a complete overhaul planned. The plan is for the first released version built with C++ to continue to leverage Go and Wails for a short while, while we prepare to completely phase out Go and Wails, for a C++ & TSX exclusive application.

Anyone who wants to help resolve security concerns is welcome to open PRs to the main/master branch. If you are interested in features/non-essential changes, please open an issue. We'll hold feature addons until the migration is complete to avoid any additional confusion or concerns.
