This script includes the code of figures 2 and 5 in the manuscript.

Individual level data cannot be shared publicly, per PSU’s IRB (IRB #STUDY00001510) because they could be identifiable. All necessary packages are explicitly named when calling the corresponding functions. Make sure to install them first.

The code produces eps files. We finalized the published figures using adobe illustrator.
