This is a large and opinionated update to the code. I totally understand if it doesn't match your vision for the project.
Each entry in an RSS feed can have an icon, more information displayed on hover as a tooltip, and (if supported) the discussion on the link.
A lot of features explicitly target Reddit feeds. (And the default link will point outside of Reddit now.)
