- README now reflects what actually ships: live logger, coach, weekly volume insights, program engine (generator + auto-progression/DUP + swap), trends, backup/restore, optional AI parse, and the native Expo app.
- Corrected the privacy claims: on-device by default; AI parse is the one opt-in that sends text (with your own key). No more absolute "no API key / never leaves device" wording.
- Roadmap updated (program engine + trends marked shipped).
- Removed SECURITY.md from the repo and added it to .gitignore.
