20+ years leading enterprise sales in financial-services SaaS. I encode that judgement into open-source Claude skills — tools that enforce a GTM operating system instead of documenting one.
All free, MIT licensed, v1.0.0, one-click installs.
| Skill | What it does |
|---|---|
| icp-builder | Turns a raw account list into a graded, sized, territory-ready book of business |
| gtm-dashboard-builder | CEO-ready pipeline-health, forecast and seller-scorecard dashboards, straight from Salesforce data |
| gtm-cadence-builder | Designs the full GTM meeting cadence — catalogue, calendar, RACI |
| basho-outreach | Enforces what a real first-touch email takes. No research done, no draft written |
Built for enterprise B2B SaaS teams calling on finance. Most of it generalises.
Three things I won't budge on:
- No generic outreach. Mass-produced emails are burning the industry's credibility. Everything here is designed to be tailored, not copy-pasted.
- No overselling. If a tool promises what your product can't deliver, it's worse than useless. I'd rather lose a deal than mis-sell one.
- Specificity or nothing. If a framework could apply to any company in any industry, it's filler. Good sales collateral names the client's numbers.
