Refactored vibe-check-runner.js to ensure concurrent simulation generation, sequentially execute external stateful APIs (Git/GitHub), cleanly generate individual "Fidelity Gap Reports" when fidelity gaps (<95%) are hit across multiple Markdown files, and explicitly generate [chore: fidelity-pass] on success, as per Context Architect constraints.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 4837207447755348974 started by @beginwebdev2002

- Group and deduplicate processing by technology to improve throughput
- Parallelize TS-Morph AST static analysis with concurrent AI simulation
- Safely generate unique filenames for Fidelity Gap reports to prevent data overwriting when multiple violations exist
- Avoid Node.js synchronous anti-patterns (`fs.existsSync`) inside asynchronous pipelines
- Ensure output strictly outputs `[chore: fidelity-pass]` upon successful validation.
