Refactored vibe-check-runner.js to ensure the fidelity threshold check commits with the requested [chore: fidelity-pass] message and logs the violation report in the required directory. Concurrently process simulations using Promise.all and run git interactions sequentially per constraints. Cleaned up temporary utility scripts left over from refactoring.
