Introduces deterministic documentation for Layered Architecture (N-Tier) under ./architectures/layered-architecture/. Updates the 🗺️ Map of Patterns and the Top 17 list in ./architectures/readme.md to reflect the new architecture blueprint. Adheres to project standards regarding structural completeness, markdown table structures, and Mermaid styles. All tests have passed.

This commit introduces a new deterministic blueprint for Layered Architecture (N-Tier) in the architectures folder. It includes a structured outline with the mandatory YAML frontmatter, Context & Scope, Mermaid diagrams styled according to standards, and the 4-step deterministic cycle (❌ Bad Practice, ⚠️ Problem, ✅ Best Practice, 🚀 Solution) focusing on strict closed layer dependencies. It also updates the global Architecture Index `readme.md` to reference this new module.
