Description

This PR adds the klima plugin, a skill that enables the retirement of tokenized carbon credits on Base through the Klima Protocol Retirement Aggregator.

AI agents deployed by both individuals and companies can facilitate instant carbon compensation to cover operational emissions from both onchain and offchain activity.

Furthermore, AI agents and onchain activity have a real energy footprint, and Base is where a growing share of that activity now settles. With the addition of this skill, agents transacting on Base can now compensate for that footprint in the same place that they operate, without requiring additional infrastructure or accounts.

Type of change

  • Base MCP plugin submission
  • Update to an existing skill/plugin
  • New skill
  • Documentation
  • Other (please describe):
