…playlist.m3u_only setting generates the .m3u file without downloading audio — useful for re-creating playlist files for tracks already on disk. Also fixes a bug where tracks skipped by ignore_existing_files were silently omitted from the .m3u file. Both sequential and concurrent download paths are covered.
