LAWN Alliance bot to broadcast eve notifications to Jabber

Requirements

mysql
eve systems table from datadump

sql directory contains an sql file with the required tables (empty except for the eve-systems table)

configuration for username and password is in nb.ini and example is given in nb_example.ini
at least 1 api key must be placed in the api_key table.  API must be of the new style for a single character and show notifications and notificationtexts
