.forge/product/roadmap.md lagged the repo: the T7 quarter row showed no B.7 progress, and the T6 row still said "only the flip remains" (the flip + v0.4.0 cut have landed). - T7 quarter row: record B.7 in progress — b7-1-schema (B.7.1), b7-2a-dispatch- register (B.7.2a), b7-standards (B.7.3), b7-2-scaffolder (B.7.2, PR #25); 4/9 bricks; archetype stays candidate (CLI refuses exit 3), promotion → b7-6; enumerate the 5 pending bricks + B.6/K.* still to come. - T6 quarter row: close it — B.8 COMPLETE, v0.4.0 shipped, §VIII.1 Kong→Envoy ratified (point of no return crossed). - Phase 3 backlog detail: mark B.7 (in progress, 4/9) and B.8 (done, v0.4.0) so the capability table isn't misread as not-started. Tracking-only; no behavior change. Mirrors docs/new-archetypes-plan.md §0.12.
