Bumps @earendil-works/pi-coding-agent and pi-tui from ^0.74.0 to ^0.80.0 and regenerates the lockfile.

Why

Track the latest pi release (0.80.x). The 0.74 baseline already migrated to the @earendil-works/* scope; this lifts the supported floor to 0.80.

Breaking changes addressed (0.74 → 0.80)

• None required. extmgr does not depend on @earendil-works/pi-ai, so the 0.80 move of pi-ai's legacy global API to @earendil-works/pi-ai/compat and the removed base entrypoints do not apply. The 0.75.0 Node 22.19 floor is already satisfied (engines.node >= 22.20.0).

Verification

pnpm run check green (also enforced by the husky pre-commit hook): tsc --noEmit + smoke-test + 156 tests + biome lint + biome format.
