Add PYTHON_BUILD_FEATURES.md — a full mapping of all 20 Gradle features to their Python and pybuild equivalents, including dependency management, task-based architecture, CI integration, publishing, and a Gradle→Python quick-reference table.
Added CHANGELOG.md, SECURITY.md, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, SUPPORT.md, .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md, and issue templates (bug report, feature request) to complete the project's community documentation.
- Remove Local development, CI/CD, Release process, and Rollback sections — those belong in CONTRIBUTING.md - Remove Version History section — now covered by CHANGELOG.md - Slim down Contributing section to a pointer to CONTRIBUTING.md - Add badges (PyPI, Python, License, CI), Table of Contents - Rename "Executing program" → "Usage", tighten all section prose
