Adds a new Legal & Company Formation subsection under the Company Building section, with three essential tools: LLC Class, Stripe Atlas, and Clerky.

Why

Founders (especially non-US residents) often need to form a US legal entity to accept payments (Stripe, Mercury), sign contracts, and protect personal liability. This is a core step in the founder journey that was missing from the Company Building section.
