What changed

  • adds a one-command source-checkout launcher for the accepted World AI resource page in Core Atrium
  • prepares the exact Core, World, and reviewed source-adapter import boundaries automatically
  • generates and validates the immutable 23-resource page before starting the loopback-only canvas
  • adds --verify-only, explicit Core-checkout validation, tests, and leadership-demo documentation
  • reconciles the landed Core #145 / World Add the World AI Command Center builder journey #24 acceptance state

Why

World AI is the tangible public demonstration of ACE as an Intelligence Builder. A leader should be able to launch the accepted onboarding journey and first cited Brief without manually assembling PYTHONPATH, running multiple servers, or learning the architecture.

Safety boundary

The launcher does not perform a network refresh, connect a source, grant authority, admit evidence, or ship a World-specific dashboard. It generates the existing immutable resource page and asks Core's local Atrium to replay it.

Validation

  • World suite: 141 passed, 1 intentional version-specific skip
  • launcher and Atrium demo focused tests: 4 passed
  • verify-only command generated the exact first_briefing_ready 23-resource page
  • paired desktop/mobile Atrium replay passed in a real browser
  • ruff and diff checks passed

Requires Core PR #146.
