• establishes Atrium as the one command center for World Intelligence
• makes artificial intelligence the flagship World topic across twelve watch areas
• adds a reviewed 70-source universe: 2 connected, 68 explicitly proposed, and 32 prioritized for
  the public demo wave
• defines nine signature intelligence products, including capability-per-dollar,
  claim-versus-reality, capital-to-capability conversion, strategy-before-announcement, and
  executive promise tracking
• projects the accepted World AI official-source journey through the public Core 0.8 Intelligence
  resource plane
• admits one real owner-scoped Monitor and one record-only Subscription over the activated AI
  policy detector
• adds a deterministic 14-resource Atrium page and refreshed leadership-demo screenshot
• preserves proposed, connected, and admitted as distinct states; proposed sources never count
  as evidence

Why

World Intelligence should configure the ACE experience, not fork it. AI is the flagship topic
because it changes quickly across technology, economics, reliability, research, security, policy,
capital, compute, talent, patents, procurement, adoption, and public narratives. The source universe
gives onboarding agents a real configuration target while the rendered Atrium page remains grounded
only in admitted evidence.

Validation

• complete World domain suite: 138 passed, 1 skipped (exact 0.7E candidate-only test)
• focused AI source-catalog and Atrium acceptance: 2 passed
• changed-file Ruff and diff checks: passed
• resource page generated deterministically: 14 governed resources

Dependency and honest limits

• visual experience depends on Core Atrium PR #144
• released World 0.10.0 still pins Core 0.6; a compatibility release is the next packet
• only the two policy sources have admitted captures; the remaining 68 catalog entries are
  reviewed onboarding proposals, not evidence or freshness claims
• onboarding Agent lifecycle records and a primary connector for each remaining watch area are next
• captures are recorded; no network-freshness or autonomous-publication claim is made
