Summary

• bind the inert World distribution to public ace-core 0.6.0 and bump it to 0.10.0
• reproduce the measured public-data journey with explicit recorded-replay time, frozen criteria, reviewed actions, observed outcomes, and non-effective proposals
• publish the official-source adapter separately at 0.3.0 while preserving the root package boundary
• make the root wheel and normalized source archive byte-reproducible and gate that property in CI

This is the World proving release for Core issue augmented-cognition-engine/core#38. It does not claim causal or general human benefit and does not apply any proposal.

Remaining gates

Hosted CI, review, merge, exact merged-source rebuild, public tag/PyPI/GitHub assets, and public-index journey reproduction remain required before the World roadmap or Core issue #38 can close. Core issue #49 stays open: F1 and F5 are complete; F3 remains contained and due 2026-11-05.
