What changed

• Adds an inert six-module planetary-defense pack and exact recorded-source profiles for two NASA and two ESA publications.
• Carries four captured LIVE official records through divergence and revision Shift → Signal → historical/corrected Cases → cited Reality Briefs.
• Adds explicit supersession assertions, replayable dependency-impact projections, family-aware per-claim status, exact content pins, audit documentation, and the CI wheel allowlist.

Why

P2D exercises the roadmap’s LIVE multi-source conflict, correction, and supersession boundary while preserving immutable history, exact citations, source-family independence, and visible PREPARED/LIVE separation.
