Outcome

Creates the public Market Intelligence domain repository and assembles the ace-domain-market-intelligence 0.6.0 release candidate.

Architecture boundary

• ships an inert, data-only ACE Domain Pack
• wheel contains exactly 39 JSON resources and no Python/native code
• keeps the public-product-source connector separate and optional
• depends only on ace-core 0.4.x
• preserves historical pack and conformance versions without overstating current domain coverage
