Some improved foiling tools for doing stained glass work

Print all of these files as well as a mirror copy of FoilingTool-adjustable-screw-jaw.STL In addition you will need: 6x 10mm x 22mm x 6mm bearings 6x M10-1.5 x 20mm bolts and nuts 2x M5 dowel pins

There are three holes through the side of the body of the foiling tool. Through the middle one, place the rod with the opposed threads so it is centered. Then push the clip down through the rectangular slot in the top of the foiling tool, locking the rod into place. Insert the two dowel pins through the other two holes. This should be a snug press fit, but not something that requires an arbor press or anything. Finally, slide the jaws on either side and rotate the threaded rod until they are pulled in towards the middle. You can now glue the knob onto the knob. Finish by bolting all the bearing into place on the foiling tool and the tape dispenser.
