1. Apri Menu → Rileggi i metadati.
2. Premi Rianalizza.
3. Controlla che cartelle sorgente e librerie siano online.
4. Se il problema resta, apri Menu → Diagnostica ed esporta il file di supporto.

Segnala un errore

Usa il modulo guidato. Scrivi:

• sistema operativo e versione dell’app;
• cosa stavi facendo;
• cosa è successo;
• cosa ti aspettavi;
• screenshot, se utile.

Non caricare FITS/XISF privati. Il support bundle non contiene pixel delle immagini, ma controllalo comunque prima di allegarlo.

First checks

1. Open Menu → Read metadata again.
2. Choose Analyze again.
3. Confirm that source folders and calibration libraries are online.
4. If the issue remains, open Menu → Diagnostics and export the support file.

Report a bug

Use the guided form. Include:

• operating system and app version;
• what you were doing;
• what happened;
• what you expected;
• a screenshot when useful.

Do not upload private FITS/XISF files. The support bundle does not contain image pixels, but review it before attaching it.
