Adds a Cookbook section with 5 concrete example queries showing single-pass vs --deep loop, search backend swap, --strict-cites, and --include for local-file mixing.
Placement: between '## What the output looks like' and '## The
--deeploop', matching the existing ---/H2 separator pattern.Examples:
Test plan: rendered locally; verified diff is pure 46-line insertion, no edits to other sections.
