Adds a Cookbook section with 5 concrete example queries showing single-pass vs --deep loop, search backend swap, --strict-cites, and --include for local-file mixing.

Placement: between '## What the output looks like' and '## The --deep loop', matching the existing ---/H2 separator pattern.

Examples:

  1. Latest benchmark results (single-pass, cheap)
  2. How does X work, technically (--deep --verbose)
  3. Best practices for $stack (--deep=3 --search=brave)
  4. Compare A vs B (--deep --strict-cites)
  5. Mix project notes with web research (--include + --deep)

Test plan: rendered locally; verified diff is pure 46-line insertion, no edits to other sections.

Closes ticket OPS-D4595EA83C834ACDBAA855.
