An Excel-based analysis of ~31,000 e-commerce order records for Vrinda Store, a multi-channel apparel seller operating on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, and Nalli. Raw order data is cleaned and transformed into PivotTable-driven insights on sales trends, customer demographics, order fulfillment, and geography, consolidated into an annual report dashboard.
Vrinda Store sells kurtas, sets, western dresses, sarees, and more across seven online channels. This project analyzes a full year of order data (Jan–Dec 2022) to answer key business questions:
- Which months and channels drive the most revenue?
- How does spending differ between men and women, and across age groups?
- What share of orders are cancelled, returned, or refunded?
- Which Indian states generate the highest sales?

- Cross-tabulation analysis (gender × age group, channel × order share)
- Imported and cleaned the raw order-level dataset (standardized location fields, grouped ages into bands, checked for duplicates/multi-item orders).
- Built PivotTables to summarize sales by month, gender, age group, order status, state, and channel.
- Created PivotCharts for each summary to visualize trends at a glance.
- Consolidated all views into a single annual report dashboard sheet.
