🎯 What: Fixed the CI failure by correctly targeting the patch to gemstack.orchestration.executor.StepExecutor.
📊 Coverage: Maintained coverage for gemstack run CLI arguments (--model, --max-cost, --max-tokens).
✨ Result: CI should now pass as the mock correctly intercepts the local import within the CLI command.
