🎯 What: Added missing test coverage for gemstack run CLI arguments (--model, --max-cost, --max-tokens).
📊 Coverage: Verified that CLI options are correctly parsed and passed to the StepExecutor constructor, including default values.
Result: Improved test reliability for the autonomous execution pipeline.
