Add Go-specific slash commands to streamline LeetCode problem development workflow. Commands include new problem creation, testing, formatting, listing, running solutions, and cleanup using Go toolchain (go test, gofmt, go vet).
Uses relative paths and follows existing numbered directory structure for portability across different machines and repository clones.
