In #9164 I miss config/optional/architectures/arm64/_config/cli/.

I tried to install the new uboot from the resolute for odroidm1 image I had just made, and found that there was no 'mtd-utils'. I thought "how can this be, and how did everyone live without it before"? I searched, and found another group of folders with lists of packages, which I added for the added releases.
