Added safe QSSTV start/stop handling from the UI. Prevents QSSTV from running alongside APRS receive, blocks execution on non-Linux systems, and disables conflicting controls while active. Launches QSSTV and the
rtl_fm | aplaypipeline, monitors process lifetime, and ensures proper cleanup and UI state restoration on exit or failure.
