This change fixes a bug where duplicate payments were being generated for contracts. The payment generation logic has been consolidated into the Contrat.save() method to ensure that payments are generated only once when a contract becomes active. The ContratService and tests have been updated to reflect this change.

Consolidates the payment generation logic into the `Contrat.save()`
method to ensure that payments are generated only once when a contract
becomes active. This resolves a bug where duplicate payments were being
created.

The `ContratService` has been updated to remove the redundant `activate()`
call, and the tests have been updated to verify the fix.
