WEALTH is the capital intelligence organ of the arifOS Federation. It is not a finance tool, a trading bot, a personal finance app, or a Bloomberg terminal. It is a capital-intelligence nervous system — it computes valuation, risk, institutional decay, capital entropy, and investment-consequence chains across months-to-years timeframes, not minutes-to-hours.
