Support editing CMS content inline.

• Admin mode
• Extend (contentful) cms adapters to support authentication and editing.
• Inline editing of copy, e.g. with draft.
• Open modals to edit content types.

Launch our own cms content backend.

• Tux cms adapter.
• Tux hosted cms as a service. Cloud database + graphql.
