- Real-world e2e test-site matrix at `e2e-sites/` covering vanilla HTML/CSS, static Tailwind, React + Vite, Vue 3 + Vite, Angular 17, and Next.js 14. The fixtures publish to `https://plumb.aramhammoudeh.com/test-sites/<framework>/` alongside the docs and are linted on every CI run via the new `plumb-e2e` harness crate.
- `plumb init --from <path>`: bootstrap a starter `plumb.toml` from an existing project tree. The new `plumb-codegen` crate walks the directory, scrapes CSS custom properties under `:root`, records discovered Tailwind config files, and merges DTCG token JSON. Walk order is deterministic; two runs produce byte-identical output.

The `plumb-fake://` fast path stays browser-free.

### Changed

- Dropped `x86_64-apple-darwin` (Intel Mac) from the cargo-dist native install matrix. Intel Mac users continue to install via `cargo install plumb-cli`. Re-enable tracked in #269.
- Docs landing page now frames Plumb around the rendered-UI gap, adds a
demo placeholder, and points readers to install, MCP, and CI entry
points.
- Renamed `radius.allowed_px` to `radius.scale` for naming consistency with `spacing.scale` and `type.scale`. The old name is rejected; update any pre-existing `plumb.toml`.
- `plumb-cdp` accepts a Chromium major-version range
(`MIN_SUPPORTED_CHROMIUM_MAJOR..=MAX_SUPPORTED_CHROMIUM_MAJOR`,
currently `131..=150`) instead of an exact pin on `131`. The
`CdpError::UnsupportedChromium` variant now carries `min_supported`,
`max_supported`, and `found` fields, and the install hint reflects the
range. This unblocks `plumb lint <real-url>` on any host running a
recent Chrome / Chromium build.
- `plumb-cdp`'s `e2e-chromium` tests no longer silently skip when
Chromium is missing or out-of-range. They now hard-fail unless the
user opts in via `PLUMB_E2E_CHROMIUM_SKIP=1`, in which case the skip
is logged via `tracing::warn!`.

### Removed

- Walking-skeleton placeholder rule `placeholder/hello-world` and its docs.
