Improved Py4GW Launcher 1.0.1

This PR adds an updated Py4GW Launcher version 1.0.

Main changes:

• Multi-monitor grid layout
• Per-monitor rows/columns
• Custom merge support for grid cells
• Saved grid layouts
• Account drag/drop and swap handling
• Local auto-refill after grid/merge changes
• Credential encryption using a master password
• PY/TB status badges
• Optional experimental GWToolbox support
• Blackbox support removed

Notes:

• GWToolbox support is experimental and may cause compatibility issues with Py4GW.
• This PR includes both the updated Py4GW_Launcher.py source file and a prebuilt Py4GW_Launcher.exe for convenience.
• The EXE was built from the included Py4GW_Launcher.py. Users who prefer not to use the prebuilt binary can run the script directly or build the EXE themselves.
• Tested with:
  py -3.13-32 -m py_compile Py4GW_Launcher.py

This now includes the optional GW.exe update/check/cache system in addition to the previous launcher improvements. The GW.exe update feature is disabled by default and only runs when explicitly enabled in Launcher Settings.
