What changes were proposed in this pull request?
tarwas held back from upgrade in #53 (comment) due to failure in extraction during image build. New versiontar-1.34-11.el9works fine, no longer needs to be held back from upgrade.https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-15662
